  This course is a wonderful outlet for Christmas creativity. Learn how to decorate a unique and edible work of art to give as gifts or use to decorate your Christmas dining table.  
This class will give you tips, tricks and trade secrets to transform the traditional Christmas cake into a festive work of art.  

Using a variety of ingredients and techniques, students will learn how to give their Christmas cakes a professional touch with fondant, piping skills, use of colour and texture to create different effects.

Suitable for all levels of cake artists.  
Please note:
We require 8 enrolled and fully paid participants 7 days prior to start date for a course to run.

TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training And Assessment Bridging

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment was updated in 2010. The new qualification code is TAE40110. If you have already completed the previous qualification (TAA40104) and you want to continue to deliver and assess accredited training you will need to obtain the new qualification (TAE40110).

You can “bridge the gap” between the TAA40104 and TAE40110 with this workshop which is designed to identify the gaps and then collect the evidence required to meet the requirements of the new qualification. On enrolment you will need to provide a copy of your TAA40104 Certificate IV in TAA including a transcript of units completed.

BSBCMM301B Process Customer Complaints (Online Course)

This course is for people experienced in customer service who want to develop their skills in handling customer complaints. 

You will learn:
  • Effective communication skills to interpret customer complaints
  • How to respond effectively to complaints
  • Appropriate procedures for referring complaints
  • How to use judgement to resolve complaints
Accessible through most PCs, smartphones and tablets with an up-to-date browser installed.

You will receive you online login information and assigned facilitator within 5 business days. There may be additional resources recommended. You may be asked for a workplace supervisors report as part of the assessment process.

You can contact your distance facilitator by e-mail any time with questions you may have or use the online messaging system.

You will have up to 12 weeks to complete the training. Extensions can be granted by negotiation with your trainer.

Prerequisites - None

    Successful completion of this unit will lead to Statement of Attainment in Certificate III in Business for the unit BSBCMM301B Process customer complaints. You will need to complete the provided assessments.

Do you have your USI yet?

From 1 January 2015, all students enroling or re-enrolling in nationally recognised training courses will need to enrol using their USI number (Unique Student Identifier number). This includes students enrolling for the first time, for example, if they are studying at a registered training organisation, completing an apprenticeship or skill set, certificate or diploma course. It also applies to students continuing or completing (re-enrolling) training, including nationally recognised training undertaken in secondary school.
